About the position

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Diesel Laptops, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing the commercial truck and off-highway vehicle repair industry. Our company is dedicated to providing cutting-edge diagnostic tools, repair information, and world-class training to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a coordinator within a cross-functional team, ensuring that all deals are executed quickly and accurately. You will work closely with Sales Executives and the Customer Success Team to streamline the customer financing process, overseeing the Quote and Deal Review approval process in accordance with company policies. In this position, you will maintain accurate documentation of the entire sales process and collaborate with Sales Management and Sales Operations to ensure consistent deal execution. As the subject matter expert on all sales and financing processes, you will ensure account maintenance and information accuracy across our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

  • Acting as the coordinator within the cross-functional team, ensuring all deals are executed quickly and accurately.
  • Working closely with Sales Executives and the Customer Success Team to streamline the customer financing process.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prefer some college experience.
  • Ability to balance simultaneous deals, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results.
  • Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions.
  • Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly.
  • Strong background with computers through previous work experience or education.
