About the position

Yardi is currently seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our expanding Sales Operations Team. In this role, you'll use your strong writing and analytical skills to improve our sales enablement program, processes and strategies, helping to ensure they are efficient and effective. Your duties will include a variety of tasks such as developing on-demand training, ensuring sales compliance, analyzing trends, leading training sessions, and enhancing our procedures. This position is a great opportunity to work with a growing team and play a key role in advancing our sales operations to new heights of excellence. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will manage a variety of projects related to sales compliance, training, and enablement. You will analyze, review, and report on sales compliance, training, and enablement trends, providing one-on-one training regarding sales processes and corporate expectations to sales representatives who are out of compliance. Additionally, you will develop on-demand product, process, and compliance training content in our learning management system, leveraging management and subject matter experts for initial content and final approval. You will also gather and catalogue ideas for training content for prioritization by management. Your role will involve analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on sales enablement tool usage, such as LinkedIn Navigator and Hubspot, and developing and implementing process improvements at the direction of sales management. Collaboration with sales professionals across the organization will be key, as you will serve as a point of contact for administrative support. You will work effectively to execute projects and reporting in a deadline-driven environment, being part of a great team and collaborating with sales team members across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical background.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective prioritization capabilities.
  • Adeptness at meeting crucial deadlines and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Innate self-motivation and proven aptitude for independent, accurate work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combining approachability and professionalism.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data analytics utilizing MS Excel.
  • Sales experience and/or Sales enablement experience.
  • Administrative support experience, preferably in a sales department.
