About the position

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Cobb Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the imaging sales team, particularly focusing on the Managed and Automated Printer Services (MAPS) business. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and involves coordinating contracts, managing equipment deployments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions and build lasting client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of MAPS contracts, ensuring detailed project planning with both Cobb and customer teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel project management spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate scheduling, preprogramming, and logistics for new device delivery and installation.
  • Manage contract documentation and submit updates to Distribution Management (DM) as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to HP and act as an escalation resource for customer satisfaction concerns related to MAPS contracts.
  • Plan and lead pre-install meetings with Sales, Warehouse, Connect, and Service departments.
  • Create task timelines, assign roles, and maintain a master deployment spreadsheet.
  • Organize and lead post-deployment recap meetings as necessary.
  • Prepare customer-facing templates and presentations for critical accounts.
  • Review service reports for key accounts and escalate issues as needed.
  • Organize corporate customer visits and on-site sales meetings, coordinating meeting space, food, beverages, and more.
  • Respond immediately to inbound leads, calling and qualifying new prospects from HubSpot.
  • Track and distribute leads from various sources to ensure they're handled efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Skilled at providing outstanding customer service and navigating logistical challenges with ease.
  • Organized and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
