The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This position focuses on providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and facilitating smooth transitions in project management. Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the sales team and different counterparts, including customer and supplier visits.
• Research and disseminate information on potential customers and supplier-related activities.
• Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plans, and provide direction to the Arrow team.
• Identify pipeline potential strategic Global OEM customers for incremental business beyond design transfers.
• Focus on developing 2-3 identified Global OEM customers.
• Create and drive strategy for the transfer of associated materials and liabilities.
• Drive and coordinate transfer quoting processes.
• Provide ongoing training for Arrow teams on managing global transfers.
• Develop, coordinate, and follow up strategies for smooth transitions.
• Manage customer quotes activities in line with customer-specific strategies and order management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a professional setting.
• Superior adaptability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service.
• Expert organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
