About the position

The Sales Operations Specialist at Summit 7 is responsible for providing support and tools to sales personnel to enhance their skills and drive sales growth. This role involves collaboration with sales teams to ensure the achievement of company goals, fostering customer relationships, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with expertise in Microsoft 365 GCC High and Azure Government.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales account executives to foster a cohesive and positive customer experience
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and team members to leverage opportunities for customer satisfaction
• Enhance sales content, communication, readiness, and reporting to optimize impact
• Identify business needs and curate repeatable sales solutions in collaboration with sales staff and customers
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries in a prompt, professional manner
• Drive alignment with sales teams to represent customer needs and craft innovative solutions
• Maintain strong working relationships with Microsoft and ISV partner teams
• Support sales team members during product launches and sales pitch meetings
• Source and implement continuous process improvements
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of demonstrated experience leading and training high performing sales teams or a relatable degree plus equivalent experience
• Ability to build and manage a team as the company grows
• Experience organizing and running training programs, including in-person trainings and developing training documentation
• Proven strength in sales, strategy, and/or change leadership
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technology
• Strong desire for personal and professional development
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass an extensive background check
