About the position

The Sales Operations Support Coordinator at Cencora plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by collaborating with various internal teams to enhance customer relationships and drive growth. This fully remote position focuses on managing multiple projects, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate communication and information flow between the sales team and other departments. The coordinator is responsible for customizing proposals, overseeing new account setups, and maintaining customer scorecards, all while contributing to process improvements and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with leaders from internal support teams to escalate and resolve issues brought by the commercial leads or sales team.
  • Supports the advancement of solution selling.
  • Responsible for gathering input and compiling information received from key subject matter experts to create customer specific customization for responses and proposals.
  • Manages multiple projects while working under the supervision of management with close attention to deadlines and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Recommends adjustments to internal and external communications based on challenges and successes.
  • Develops innovative approaches for process improvements.
  • Oversees the New Account set up process, ensuring the information collected and entered into the various system(s) is accurate, timely, and complete.
  • Acts as a liaison between the sales team and other internal customers, to help track and provide updates on a variety of operational needs.
  • Keeps abreast of sales force trends; builds rapport with internal stakeholders.
  • Assists in the creation of high-level, customized messaging for leadership.
  • Key coordinator to assist on tracking and maintaining solution sales progression within key accounts.
  • Assists on updating and maintaining customer scorecards based on services, solutions and technology.
  • Gathers, synthesizes and organizes industry, market and organizational information.
  • Assists in creating whiteboarding sessions with key customers.
  • Supports efforts to align and integrate Cencora's strategic priorities with strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Requires training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Experience with content management systems highly preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of four 5 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
