About the position

The Sales Operations Support Specialist position at Dornier MedTech is a full-time role based in Kennesaw, GA, offering a competitive hourly wage between $18 and $22. In this position, the Sales Operations Support Specialist will assist with sales ordering through the CSI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, managing the entire product delivery process from order to invoice. The specialist will communicate directly with the sales team and both current and prospective customers to facilitate sales operations and ensure smooth order processing. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining sales files and coordinating with various stakeholders to gather all necessary information for these files. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database that includes critical information such as names, addresses, and purchase history, utilizing Microsoft Office, CSI, Salesforce, and other relevant software. The position offers the potential for a hybrid flexible schedule after an initial period of 60 to 90 days, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales ordering via CSI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and manage product delivery from Order to Invoice.
  • Communicate directly with the sales team and current and prospective customers to support Sales Operations and order processing from Order to Invoice.
  • Maintain sales files and coordinate with others to gather all information required for the files.
  • Maintain database including names, addresses, purchases, and other critical information, utilizing Microsoft Office, CSI, Salesforce, and other software as required.

Requirements

  • Associate degree (Will consider current college students that meet other requirements).
  • Word and Excel skills required; PowerPoint and Outlook are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM required.
  • Experience with CSI ERP.
  • Familiarity with GPO, contracts, government bid process, and RFPs is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Legal right to work in the US.
  • Two to four years related experience in a sales operations role is a plus.
