About the position

The Sales Operations Support role at Korn Ferry is a pivotal position designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team within Korn Ferry Digital. This role is integral to supporting the sales operations by providing tactical assistance on large sales opportunities, resolving issues in collaboration with the commercial team, and driving broad enablement efforts related to business processes and sales transformation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization, including Sales, Business Operations, Delivery, and Analytics/Reporting, thereby gaining valuable exposure to different facets of the business. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting improved coordination between sales and delivery, ensuring that project setups are executed smoothly. You will also provide ongoing training for the CPQ (Contract, Price, Quote) process, equipping sellers with the necessary skills to navigate this critical aspect of sales. Additionally, you will train team members on the effective use of SalesForce.com, focusing on pricing and packaging opportunities to maximize sales effectiveness. The role also encompasses seller support, where you will be tasked with resolving issues related to project setup and the handoff from sales to delivery. You will work closely with the Finance team to address any commission or time accounting challenges that may arise. Furthermore, you will validate and route inbound leads to the appropriate sales teams, ensuring that potential opportunities are managed effectively. Another key aspect of this position is commercial enablement, where you will develop a content library to facilitate efficient RFP (Request for Proposal) completion and address frequently asked questions. You will also be responsible for creating templates and best practices to streamline processes and enhance the overall sales operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements
