Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales calls professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Respond promptly to internet-generated leads via email, phone, and text.
  • Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather required information and begin the approval process.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless hand off of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy setting.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
