About The Position

The Sales Outfitter - Archery is a part-time position at Bass Pro Shops focused on providing exceptional customer service and support in the archery department. The Sales Outfitter is responsible for maintaining product displays, restocking merchandise, and promoting store programs.

Requirements

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Provide information, assistance, and direction to customers.
• Demonstrate products to customers and assist with buying decisions.
• Replenish product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain pricing and signing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restock merchandise as required.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
