Southaven RV & Marine is seeking an entry-level Sales Outfitter to join their team in Southaven, MS. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a passion for outdoor activities through the sale of various recreational vehicles and boats. The Sales Outfitter will work closely with customers to ensure high standards of quality and professionalism while contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire fellow sales team members to excel and foster a culture of teamwork.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Foster strong customer relationships and monitor interactions for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales management to ensure tasks are completed in the CRM system.
• Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions for the team.
• Create innovative solutions to facilitate successful deals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales roles such as Real Estate, Jewelry, Cell Phone, or Assistant Golf Pro is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Willingness to be managed and follow instructions.
• Math skills, writing skills, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Current driver's license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
