About the position

National Write Your Congressman (NWYC) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about making a difference while pursuing an unlimited income opportunity. This role is designed for individuals who are cause-driven, possess a strong work ethic, and are both coachable and teachable. The ideal candidate will be focused on building a long-term career in outside B2B sales, specifically targeting small business owners. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to grow the customer base and revenue within your designated territory. You will be equipped with a success-proven sales presentation and a one-call close strategy that has been utilized by NWYC sales professionals since 1958. This position offers a unique opportunity to educate and engage small business owners about pending legislation and how they can have a direct impact on government regulations. NWYC offers a competitive compensation structure with first-year earnings potential ranging from $65,000 to $90,000, with long-term potential reaching $150,000 or more. The role includes performance-based pay with uncapped commission opportunities, a fast start bonus potential of up to $5,000, and various bonus opportunities on a weekly and quarterly basis. Additionally, you will benefit from a protected local territory with no overnight travel, management career opportunities, renewal income after the first year, and incentive trip and recognition programs. Continuous sales support and one-on-one field training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities
