About the position
The Sales Porter at Concord Mazda plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales department by ensuring the dealership lot is organized and vehicles are properly displayed. This position involves various tasks that contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency within the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lots
- Make key tags and handle inventory of vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
- Assist the service department when needed
- Keep showroom displays and marketing up to date
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
