About the position

The Sales Processing Support Specialist at BMP Print Solutions is responsible for managing the entire sales order process from submission to completion. This role emphasizes accuracy in transaction processing, adherence to standard operating procedures, and collaboration within a team to ensure timely billing and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as it directly impacts the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process all aspects of Sales Orders including submissions, leasing documents, service agreements, and commission sheets.
  • Ensure accurate calculations based on MSRP and current approvals for funding.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in E-Automate regarding equipment transactions.
  • Enter manual sales orders with pricing into E-Automate and Sales Force within 24 hours of submission.
  • Manage leasing processes including approvals, invoices, and updates.
  • Provide necessary agreements to Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Process transaction check requests post-funding with accurate documentation.
  • Follow up on funding and payment for cash deals.
  • Generate reports, invoices, and documentation for Sales/Service support.
  • Assist other Administrative Transaction Specialists as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or related office experience.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with E-Automate is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience preferred.
