About the position

The Sales Processor at Roth Staffing Companies is responsible for monitoring and processing accounts in the foreclosure process. This role involves ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, auditing bids and figures, calculating fees, and preparing properties for sale according to servicing and investor guidelines. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to company policies to enhance revenue and minimize losses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process accounts in the foreclosure process.
• Complete pre-foreclosure reviews to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Audit bids and figures for accuracy.
• Calculate foreclosure fees and costs.
• Review accounts for default changes.
• Request and review payment histories, repayment/trial plans, and denial letters from the servicer.
• Preview paperwork to ensure properties are ready for sale per servicing and investor guidelines.
• Perform and review SCRA searches.
• Process all foreclosure postponements.
• Review servicers' internal websites for sale clearances.
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures.
• Follow established company guidelines to increase revenue and reduce losses.
• Review daily tasks to ensure completion within company timelines.
• Perform other projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing related experience.
• Solid work history.
• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.
• Advanced 10-key skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
