Responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls per day to prospective clients confidently.
• Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals in the local area.
• Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
• Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge of a commissioned sales role with a competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
• Proven track record of dependability and reliability in attendance
• Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Ability to create relationships from a cold start and handle customer rejection
• Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency preferred
