About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by using the proven sales process to sell new and pre-owned powersports vehicles.
  • Greet customers and understand their requirements for powersports vehicles.
  • Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Conduct demonstrations and test rides to showcase vehicle performance and capabilities.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle based on their budget and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and track record in sales, preferably in the powersports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software.
  • Knowledge of powersports vehicles and accessories is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement with a clean driving record.
