Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and provide 5-Star customer service.
• Maintain and reach sales goals.
• Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the America's Mattress product and value-proposition.
• Describe product features, uses, and additional information to customers.
• Recommend, select, or help locate specific mattresses based on customer needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Describe the benefits of soft goods: pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and more.
• Provide support and answers to customer inquiries on sleep-related topics, product knowledge, order placement, and order follow-up.
• Be an effective communicator and engage customers to educate them on products and brand values.
• Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously and ensure all customers receive attention in-store and online.
• Assist with receiving products and moving product in the store.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in Sales.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
