The ideal candidate is a sales-savvy leader who can set processes and workflows, manage customer relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of sales projects. The Program Manager will organize, plan, set milestones, and execute sales-related customer projects while managing budgets and schedules. They will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate sales activities, and maintain communication with stakeholders through project closure. Additionally, they will drive the engineering development and manufacturing milestones and plans and serve as the main point of contact for several long-term customer programs, ensuring consistent alignment with customer needs and strategic business goals.
