About the position

The Sales/Project Manager will be responsible for sales generation, customer service, and project management for residential and commercial insurance restoration projects. This role requires a charismatic individual who can effectively represent the company while interacting with customers throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers uncapped earning potential and requires fieldwork to assess damage and oversee production.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting new exterior renovation projects
• Ensuring all items are within finalized scope
• Self-generating sales
• Efficiently moving deals through the process from initial work authorization to final installation
• Participating in company marketing efforts such as online reviews and canvassing
• Keeping an orderly calendar and accurate notes
• Responding promptly to management, customers, and adjusters
• Working closely as a team to improve overall company performance
• Treating everyone encountered with integrity and respect

Requirements
