About the position

The Sales/Project Manager will be responsible for sales generation, customer service, and project management for residential and commercial insurance restoration projects. This role requires the individual to be the face of the company, interacting with customers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial assessment to final installation. The position offers uncapped earning potential and emphasizes integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting new exterior renovation projects
• Ensuring all items are within finalized scope
• Self-generating sales
• Efficiently moving deals through the process from initial work authorization to final installation
• Participating in company marketing efforts such as online reviews and canvassing
• Keeping an orderly calendar and accurate notes
• Responding promptly to management, customers, and adjusters
• Working closely as a team to improve overall company performance
• Treating everyone encountered with respect and professionalism

Requirements
