About the position

Cornerstone Recruiting is seeking a driven, hungry, and charismatic Sales Professional to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sales generation, customer service, and project management for residential and commercial insurance restoration projects. This position offers the support of a company with the added benefit of uncapped earning potential. The main role of our Project Manager is to be the face of our company when interacting with the customer throughout the life cycle of the project. You will be needed in the field to assess exterior damage, which may include getting on the roof, meeting homeowners, and overseeing production. It is crucial that we treat each customer with integrity, honesty, and professionalism at all times. As a Sales/Project Manager, you will inspect new exterior renovation projects and work to ensure all items are within the finalized scope. You will be responsible for self-generating sales and efficiently moving deals through the process from the initial work authorization being signed to the final installation being performed. Additionally, you will participate in company marketing efforts such as online reviews, canvassing, and employee recruitment. Keeping an orderly calendar and accurate notes is essential, as is responding promptly to management, customers, and adjusters. You will work closely as a team to improve overall company performance while protecting the company culture and core values. Treating everyone you encounter, including homeowners, fellow employees, and sub-contractors, with respect and kindness is a fundamental expectation of this role.

Responsibilities
