About the position

The Sales Project Manager for Geo & Stormwater Solutions at Ferguson Enterprises will oversee project support for Geosynthetic, Stormwater, and Urban Green Infrastructure Projects in the Southeast. This remote role requires the candidate to manage project scope, monitor progress, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining effective relationships with clients. The position is ideal for someone with experience in construction project management or project coordination, looking to grow within an industry-leading organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  • Recommend products and services that align with clients' business needs.
  • Execute projects according to the organization's project management methodology and established project plans.
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery.
  • Supervise project progress and performance, resolving operational problems to minimize delays.
  • Work directly with partners and clients to clarify project scope, specifications, and requirements.
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for the project team and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to meet project targets.
  • Provide high-level assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales, project management, or project coordinator experience required.
  • Prior experience with Stormwater construction-related projects or products preferred.
  • Experience using CRM Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints, building plans, or drawings highly preferred.
  • Proven attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and multitask effectively.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with project management methodology specific to construction projects.
  • Familiarity with Geosynthetic and Urban Green Infrastructure products.
