The Sales Project Manager at Ferguson Enterprises will oversee industrial EPC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of projects, maintaining effective sales relationships with clients, and providing high-level assistance to program/project managers. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering quality service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Recommend products and services that align with clients' business needs.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary for project completion.
• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, and requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status.
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Provide high-level assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan.

Requirements

• Two years of Sales and Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Two years of industry knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work.
