About the position

Rackley Roofing, the Official Roofing Contractor of the Tennessee Titans, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales - Project Manager to join our team in the Nashville, TN area. This position is crucial for developing business with new customers and managing existing accounts. As a Sales - Project Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying project bidding opportunities and establishing, nurturing, and growing direct relationships with customers, including owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants. You will be expected to self-generate business through networking and prospecting, as well as personally deliver and present project proposals to clients. Accurately writing up the scope and recommendations for customers is a key part of this role, along with growing your technical knowledge in both industry-general and project-specific areas. You will lead the company's efforts towards a customer-centric attitude, ensuring excellent service and response times. Promoting the company brand in the marketplace is also a vital responsibility. The position requires availability during core business hours of 8 am to 5 pm, with some nights and weekends as necessary. Performance will be measured based on total project sales in roofing and sheet metal, total work order sales in roofing and waterproofing, and the number of created project opportunities in our Dataforma database. All employees are expected to represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. professionally to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and fellow employees at all times.
