As a project manager, you will oversee all jobsite management aspects, coordinating installations, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. You will also be responsible for tracking job costs and managing budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers in-store.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Visit customer homes to take precise measurements.
  • Prepare detailed estimates based on measurements, product selections, and labor costs.
  • Ensure estimates are accurate and competitive, aligning with company pricing guidelines.
  • Track and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
  • Manage and review bids, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Maintain records of all leads and bids for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee all aspects of jobsite management, including installation coordination and scheduling.
  • Work with office staff to order materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.
  • Track job costs and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales and project management, preferably within the home remodeling industry.
  • Strong knowledge of home remodeling and flooring products.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
