Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete landscape/hardscape and tree service projects under budget and on schedule.
• Operate equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Load and unload trucks and tools daily.
• Maintain a clean and tidy job site at all times.
• Complete manual labor and equipment operation tasks as needed.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of labor hours and materials in company systems.
• Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping, hardscaping, tree service, or exterior construction.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory; CDL preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Ability to operate multiple types of construction equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.

• Horticulture and plant knowledge.
• Experience with concrete and masonry.
