The Sales Project Manager role at BSR Design & Supplies is a dynamic and multifaceted position that integrates sales prospecting, project management, design consultation, and administrative duties. In the Sales & Prospecting aspect, the Sales Project Manager will identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through relationship building and follow-up. They will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, utilizing CRM tools to track prospects, manage leads, and maintain ongoing client communication. The Project Management & Design Consultation responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and installation of commercial kitchen equipment, assisting in designing and laying out commercial kitchens, and managing project documentation, including quotes, drawings, and scope of work. Field Work & Logistics Coordination involves conducting site inspections, measuring spaces, coordinating with contractors, tracking orders, confirming receipt of goods, and resolving any delivery issues promptly. Administrative & Support Duties require maintaining organized project documentation, supporting quoting and bidding processes, and coordinating schedules for deliveries and installations. Customer Service & Internal Communication is essential, as the Sales Project Manager will provide professional and prompt follow-up with customers, collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction, and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. Performance expectations include achieving $1.5 million in contract sales by the end of the first calendar year, demonstrating strong organizational skills, overseeing multiple concurrent projects, and adapting to evolving project and team needs as required by the Leadership team.
