About the position

The Sales Project Manager at Menasha Packaging is responsible for coordinating and completing various projects related to retail merchandising solutions. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and summarize project progress, preparing reports for upper management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers.
  • Manage the display and primary packaging development process and execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Menasha's products and capabilities.
  • Proactively manage project timelines and communicate progress with stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations to customers to optimize quality and brand graphics integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver cost savings.
  • Manage internal and customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Coordinate comprehensive cost estimates with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review required business reports.
  • Maintain and share industry knowledge through networking and professional publications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to meet customer expectations and demonstrate strong ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and across organizational boundaries.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.
  • Knowledge of project management skills to coordinate and communicate effectively.
