About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our incredible project manager team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals in the designated territory. This role is crucial for driving business growth and success through effective outside sales strategies. Training pay starts immediately, allowing new hires to get up to speed quickly and start contributing to the team's success. The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-person client interactions, which is essential for maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. In this role, you will identify potential customers and establish relationships through various methods, including door-to-door outreach. You will conduct roof assessments and assist homeowners with filing property damage claims, ensuring they receive the support they need during the claims process. Meeting sales targets and goals is a key responsibility, and you will be expected to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients is paramount, as is maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM platform. Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge will also be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements
