About the position

The Sales Project Manager at Dry-Out Medics is responsible for overseeing water damage restoration projects from initial assessment to completion. This role involves conducting home assessments, selling services, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and exceptional interpersonal skills, contributing to the company's growth in the water mitigation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct home assessments and communicate the benefits of working with Dry-Out Medics.
  • Oversee projects from initial assessment and sale to completion, including dealings with insurance carriers and adjusters.
  • Document projects and submit necessary reports and paperwork to insurance.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to align project goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion within scope.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills to understand client needs and address concerns promptly.
  • Follow up with potential clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Provide solutions to challenges that may arise during projects using resourcefulness and knowledge of water mitigation practices.
  • Prepare and present project updates to management and clients.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the water mitigation or construction industry.
