About the position

The Sales/Project Manager at Pacific Abatement Solutions (PAS) is responsible for managing sales and project operations within the asbestos abatement sector. This role involves maintaining client relationships, estimating project costs, and ensuring compliance with regulations while overseeing project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relationships with existing accounts and help grow the client base.
  • Visit project sites to visually confirm job conditions and document work areas.
  • Determine and write the scope of work in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Estimate costs and prepare sales contracts for services.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation such as work authorizations, subcontracts, or waivers are signed and received prior to the start of work.
  • Determine work plan, equipment and material requirements, and relay project data to project coordinators.
  • Establish schedule requirements, vendor/subcontractor requirements, and work with Project Coordinators to meet them.
  • Monitor progress of each project and communicate with labor department, project coordinators, and customers from beginning to end.
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to expedite resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Xactimate required.
  • At least 2+ years experience within the Abatement, Restoration or Mitigation industry.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA and Washington State regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in abatement, restoration and/or mold remediation.
