You will utilize project management tools such as ProCore and Primavera to track project progress and ensure that timelines are adhered to. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and negotiating contracts with clients, coordinating with construction site teams, and reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. Effective time management skills will be crucial in meeting project deadlines and ensuring successful project delivery. The Sales Project Manager will also utilize HeavyBid software for accurate bidding on projects, ensuring that all financial aspects are managed effectively. This position does not require you to prospect or find your own leads, as the company will provide all necessary leads for you to work with.
