About the position
TLI Home is seeking a Sales & Purchase Support Coordinator to assist the sales and purchase team in managing orders and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team in negotiations and approvals.
Responsibilities
- Purchase order creation and management
- Inventory management
- Supplier coordination with Asia factories
- Production sample tracking
- Support for sales and purchase manager
- Assist sales team and business manager with price negotiations and sample approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA
- At least 3 years in a sales support coordinator capacity, preferably in the fashion industry or import company
- High energy level and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills (V-lookups, Pivot tables)
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
