• Review and validate the accuracy of data entered into the quoting system, ensuring that all relevant details are included and calculations are correct.
• Research and retrieve up-to-date product information, pricing, and availability from internal systems and databases.
• Maintain a clear and organized record of all quotes, communications, and relevant documentation related to each quoting process.
• Liaise with various departments, including sales, marketing, and production, to gather necessary information for creating comprehensive and accurate quotes.
• Monitor and manage quote request queues, ensuring that quotes are prioritized appropriately and deadlines are met.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized templates for quotes, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries related to quotes, product information, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, and terms provided in quotes.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in sales support
• 5 years of experience with MS Office
• 1 year of experience in sales quotes
• 1 year of experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of bathroom fixtures
