About the position

The Sales Recruiter/Sales Sourcer role focuses on high-volume sourcing to support Sales NonTech hiring across North America. The position involves collaborating with recruiting and hiring managers to build effective sales teams, enhancing the candidate pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipelines and engage with multiple candidates for different locations across North America
  • Push for results and operate in the best interest of company goals
  • Utilize talent mapping to tailor effective pipelining strategies
  • Understand sales organizations and their alignment with the company's business strategy
  • Pull hiring metrics from various sources to analyze trends
  • Forecast trends and identify impacts on the supporting line of business
  • Pitch candidate skills and motivations to fit specific teams
  • Ensure a fantastic candidate experience by building teams and processes focused on this priority

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales NonTech sourcing or recruiting
  • Experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced/high volume environment
  • Previous sales recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience working with funnel data to guide hiring decisions
  • Experience partnering with senior-level business leaders and seasoned professional candidates
  • Experience hiring in an organization focused on cultivating a diverse workforce
