The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting for sales positions, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting top sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top sales talent
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct background checks and reference checks
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate salaries
• Onboard new hires

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales recruiting
• Proven track record of success in recruiting top sales talent
• Strong knowledge of sales recruiting best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
