About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of HR sourcing and talent acquisition processes. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling services.
  • Full cycle recruiting for said clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales account management or a related field.
  • Full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR sourcing methodologies and talent acquisition processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
