About the position

The Sales Trainer at Randstad Digital is responsible for empowering individuals within the salesforce through engaging and effective training programs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training initiatives that foster professional growth, enhance skills, and promote a culture of continuous learning. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative training solutions tailored to the diverse needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training using various methods such as asynchronous bite-sized content, virtual and/or in-person classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing, and group discussions.
• Leverage multiple training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and learning management systems.
• Advise participants in the program to help meet established schedules or resolve technical challenges.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs during and after the training program to measure for desired effects.
• Support revenue generation by helping new hires become productive quickly.
• Act as an internal consultant to managers and leaders, identifying opportunities to elevate their teams and matching needs with appropriate development solutions.
• Review analytics on learning platforms to gauge learners' understanding of training content.
• Curate training materials from a variety of sources.
• Audit program content to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational updates.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a corporate sales trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful training programs.
