About the position

The Sales & Recruiting Trainer at Randstad Digital is responsible for empowering individuals through engaging training programs that enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous learning. This role involves facilitating various training methods, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training using various methods such as asynchronous bite-sized content, virtual and/or in-person classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing, and group discussions.
  • Leverage multiple training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and learning management systems.
  • Advise participants in the program to help meet established schedules or resolve technical challenges.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs during and after the training program to measure for desired effects.
  • Support revenue generation by helping new hires become productive quickly.
  • Act as an internal consultant to managers and leaders, identifying opportunities to elevate their teams and matching needs with appropriate development solutions.
  • Review analytics on learning platforms to gauge learners' understanding of training content.
  • Curate training materials from a variety of sources.
  • Audit program content to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational updates.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a corporate sales trainer or in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
