About the position

The Sales Recruitment & Training Coordinator at Libraria is responsible for building and enhancing high-performing sales teams within the educational and library markets. This role focuses on recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. The coordinator will also provide ongoing support and market insights to align training initiatives with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for independent and in-house sales teams.
• Create and deliver engaging training programs for new hires.
• Ensure comprehensive onboarding for new team members.
• Provide ongoing training and support for existing sales representatives.
• Leverage knowledge of educational and library sectors to stay ahead of market needs.
• Oversee Salesforce use for accurate customer interaction records and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training initiatives with broader strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales recruitment, training, or a related role, ideally in the educational or library sector.
• Strong knowledge of the school and public library markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Ability to create and adapt training materials to suit team and market needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to conferences and provide training/support in the field.
