About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for VeriSight ICE at Philips is responsible for leading sales and education activities for the innovative 3D ICE catheter within the Western U.S. region. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance, coach a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, and work collaboratively across departments to achieve company objectives. The position emphasizes a positive attitude, commercial drive, and a strong background in medical device sales, particularly in structural heart and electrophysiology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales and education activities for the VeriSight ICE product portfolio within the assigned region.
  • Coach and mentor Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Philips departments to enhance sales efforts.
  • Forecast, analyze, and report on sales performance and implement policies to maintain budget.
  • Manage strategic direction and goal attainment for the regional sales team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or related management experience in the medical device industry, preferably in structural heart and/or electrophysiology.
  • Strong background in Therapy Awareness Outreach, HCP Education Initiatives, and Clinical Engagement.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Experience in high-growth opportunity markets and managing regions with a 'start-up' mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience; advanced degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cardiac imaging, especially TEE and ICE.
  • Established network of key cardiology opinion leaders and industry influencers.
