About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for VeriSight ICE at Philips is responsible for leading sales and education activities for the innovative 3D ICE catheter within the Western U.S. region. This role involves coaching and managing a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists, driving sales performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, particularly in structural heart and electrophysiology, and will be expected to foster relationships with healthcare professionals while delivering compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and education activities for the VeriSight ICE product portfolio in the assigned region.
• Coach and mentor Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal Philips departments to enhance sales efforts and customer engagement.
• Forecast, analyze, and report on sales performance and implement policies to maintain budget.
• Drive growth and clinical selling excellence across multiple territories.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales or related management experience in the medical device industry, preferably in structural heart or electrophysiology.
• Strong background in therapy awareness outreach, HCP education initiatives, and clinical engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations.
• Experience in high-growth markets and managing regions with a start-up mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience; advanced degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cardiac imaging, especially TEE and ICE.
• Established network of key cardiology opinion leaders and industry influencers.
