About the position

The Sales Relationship Manager at Nelson Elder Care Law is responsible for engaging potential clients and referral sources to effectively communicate the benefits of the firm's elder law services. This role requires a compassionate and persuasive sales professional who can establish rapport quickly and tailor solutions to meet clients' unique needs. The position involves close collaboration with team members and requires a strong commitment to improving clients' quality of life through legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with potential clients and referral sources to describe how our legal services can help them.
  • Maintaining contact with people considering elder law services to keep the door open for them to walk through when they are ready.
  • Assuring potential clients that the Firm is able to help them, showing compassion, and explaining how we can improve their lives.
  • Working with other marketing professionals within the Firm to improve the marketing and sales funnel, improving the quality and volume of leads, and offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on 'front lines' experience.
  • Recommending improvements and deploying systems that run the sales process efficiently and profitably.
  • Keeping meticulous and comprehensive notes and client information within the CRM.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with new clients throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in sales of products or services, preferably luxury or high-end products and services.
  • Proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required.
  • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business, psychology or communication is preferred.
  • Strong capability and experience in consultative solutions selling.
  • Experience with a CRM, particularly reporting, is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, with strong skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry is helpful, but not required.
