We pride ourselves on providing an excellent experience to our customers and are excited to welcome a new Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador to our team in Houston and Dallas. As a Sales Representative/Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on networking with potential and existing retail customers. The ideal candidate will be energetic, open-minded, and possess a strong background in sales and marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, visiting prospective vape shops to gauge interest, and understanding customer needs. You will also distribute product samples, brochures, and flyers to foster relationships and drive sales leads. In addition to direct sales activities, you will conduct market research to build a list of prospective customers, collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, and maintain accurate records of your visits and sales orders. Regularly reviewing your sales achievements will be essential for identifying areas for improvement and enhancing future performance. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, along with benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective vape shops to identify interest and understand customer needs.
  • Distribute product samples, brochures, and flyers to nurture relationships and drive sales lead opportunities.
  • Demonstrate patience and a warm personality when introducing new vape products to customers or prospects.
  • Conduct market research to build a prospective customer list from business directories and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure existing orders are delivered on time.
  • Maintain daily logs of visits and sales orders, sending copies to the manager at the end of each workday.
  • Periodically review sales achievements to improve future performance.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience (required).
  • Valid Driver's License (required).
  • Experience in a sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the marketing field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in product demonstrations.
  • Food Handler Certification.
