You will have the opportunity to earn raises every two months based on your production, allowing you to directly influence your earnings. Additionally, we offer a discounted pre-licensing course for your insurance license, valued at $200, to help you get started. You will also benefit from remote work options, weekly training calls, and access to a training website designed specifically for new agents.
