The Bilingual Sales Advocate at Optimal Wireless is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales quotas in a dynamic retail environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively, ensuring they leave satisfied with their purchases. The position involves selling wireless products and services while contributing to the store's profitability in a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strive to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum one year experience handling cash transactions.
• Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred).
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
