About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Michel Bros Inc. This role involves promoting and selling our products to potential customers, managing an assigned territory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales skills and a passion for building relationships with clients while driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and territory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of territory management principles and retail sales strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in upselling techniques and territory sales management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish.
