The Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking an energetic and self-motivated sales person to join their new startup location. This role focuses on an education-based sales process where 95% of leads are generated by the company, allowing the sales person to engage with clients who are already interested in their services. The position offers a generous base salary, commission, and a company car, with a strong emphasis on maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all estimates on time.
  • Price new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with prospects using The Brothers that just do Gutters production rates.
  • Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call.
  • Provide product differentiation to customers throughout the selling process.
  • Effectively sell the company's services to customers by understanding their needs.
  • Help jobs stay 'happy and under' by visiting every sold job at least once.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids and get a 'yes' or 'no' on all bids.
  • Target and market to the most profitable jobs.
  • Prioritize work and actions to achieve established sales goals.
  • Maintain a closing percentage of at least 40%.
  • Develop a well-thought-out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads.
  • Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and process using company CRM.
  • Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits.
  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and maintain the company's reputation.
  • Ensure all necessary job information is communicated to crew leaders.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership through all actions with employees.
  • Attend all meetings on time and work necessary hours to perform duties.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new systems to maintain profitability.
  • Participate in planning company growth and development.
