About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Pro Design Build LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, completing account setups, understanding customer requirements, and achieving established sales targets. This role is commission-based with uncapped earnings potential, making it ideal for results-driven individuals.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify potential customer leads.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Visit clients to present products and services and understand their needs.
• Assist customers and/or trade professionals with design solutions for their projects.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes.
• Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure products meet client specifications.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on market needs and trends.
• Contact and follow up with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years as a sales representative and/or manager.
• Experience in the carpentry or construction sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce (or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver's license.
